Builds are priced by the number of pages, starting at £350. Hosting is £15 a month. You get a fixed quote up front — and you see the finished site before you pay anything.

Changes and updates are priced per request — as a guide, a light update like swapping a few photos is £25. Bigger jobs, from new pages to area landing pages, get a fixed price before we start, every time — and most small changes are turned around the same day. Extra mailboxes for staff or family are £10 a month each.
Fair questions
Do I actually own the website and domain?
Yes — properly. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the site is yours once it's paid for. If you ever want to move elsewhere, we hand everything over and wish you well. No hostage-taking.
What does "you see it before you pay" mean?
Exactly what it says. We build a real draft of your site first, free, and send you a link. If you like it, you pay and it goes live on your domain. If you don't, you walk away and it's cost you nothing.
Am I tied into a contract?
The build is a one-off payment. Hosting is £15 a month on a rolling basis — you can cancel whenever you like, and if you do, we hand your site files and domain over to you.
How long does a build take?
Usually days, not months. A one-page site can be drafted within a couple of days of our first chat; a full multi-page site is typically live within a week or two, depending on how quickly you can get us photos and details.
What do you need from me?
Not much: what you do, the areas you cover, a phone number, and any photos of your work. If you've got reviews on Google or Checkatrade, we'll build around those. If you're short on photos, we'll tell you exactly what to snap on your next few jobs.
Do I get a business email address?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes email forwarding, so [email protected] lands straight in the inbox you already use — it costs nothing extra and makes you look the part on quotes and vans. If you want to send from that address too, that needs a full mailbox, which is the £25 a month plan. Extra mailboxes are £10 a month each.
What if I need something changed later?
Changes are priced per request — as a guide, a light update like changing a few photos is £25. Whatever the job, you get a fixed price before we do anything, and most small changes are done the same day you approve. No hourly rates, no surprises.
Can you rescue my existing website?
Almost always, and it's often the best-value thing we do. We rebuild it to modern standards — fast, mobile-first, and readable by Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT — keep everything that's working, and set up redirects so the rankings you've already earned carry over.
